This is not just a research position; you will deliver features that address real customer challenges.Your ResponsibilitiesStay abreast of current research, literature, and service offerings.Design, implement, and assess features of our multi-agent platform and systems using advanced frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) for dynamic, multi-turn coaching interactions.Guide the creation and orchestration of data pipelines that consolidate fragmented workplace data (such as surveys, goals, performance reviews, feedback, and 1-1 notes) into a cohesive coaching context.Convert customer requirements into technical solutions by working backward from user needs to system design, producing technical documentation to facilitate understanding and technical transfer.Collaborate closely with product, design, and people science teams to ensure the developed features meet user needs and adhere to existing product expectations.
