Capco is growing its Hong Kong team and looking for an AI Engineer to help shape AI-driven products for clients in banking and insurance. The focus is on building intelligent, scalable, and compliant solutions that address real business challenges in financial services.

Role overview

This position involves designing and implementing multi-agent workflows to streamline business processes for financial institutions. The AI Engineer will work on projects that use advanced AI technologies to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and competitiveness for Capco's clients.

What you will do

  • Create and optimize multi-agent workflows tailored to banking and financial services needs.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment using Python-based frameworks.
  • Train, fine-tune, and optimize neural network models, including large language models, for tasks such as risk assessment and customer support.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready AI applications.
  • Ensure all AI models comply with banking regulations, data privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), and ethical standards.
  • Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and refine solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor AI solutions after deployment, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates when necessary.
  • Stay current with advances in AI, especially in natural language processing and large language models, and share insights with the team.
