Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a proficient team of AI and backend engineers.
- Manage project delivery from initial requirements to deployment.
- Offer technical direction, evaluate designs, and assist in hands-on development when necessary.
- Set priorities and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams.
- Establish clear processes for project planning, execution, and quality assurance.
- Maintain focus and clarity in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
- Encourage innovation in AI architecture, tools, and workflows; identify areas for enhancement and proactively drive new initiatives.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
