The role involves working closely with operations, revenue, and IT teams to establish Make as a key platform. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers in the DACH region (200–500 employees). Increase net revenue retention by expanding, upselling, and cross-selling within accounts. Develop relationships with both business and technical stakeholders. Identify new use cases and departments where Make can be implemented. Encourage broader user adoption and support more complex workflows. Work with customers to scale automation across their organizations. Generate new pipeline opportunities within assigned accounts and territory. Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and Partners to find and develop new prospects. Balance efforts between expanding current accounts and acquiring new customers. Ensure customers achieve measurable results with Make’s platform. Proactively address risks and coordinate with Customer Success when needed. Position Make as a strategic solution for clients, not just a tool. Oversee the full commercial process for expansion and mid-market deals.
