Your Role
As an AI Productivity Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, testing, and piloting third-party AI tools to drive substantial productivity enhancements across Dialpad. Collaborating closely with the Head of AI Transformation and department leaders from Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A, you will identify high-impact process bottlenecks and propose AI-driven solutions. Additionally, you will help design structured experiments and pilot programs that showcase quantifiable business results. You will also facilitate the practical application of cutting-edge AI technology, supporting its implementation and tracking its success to propel our internal AI transformation.
This position reports directly to the Head of AI Transformation.
