We are seeking an AI Trainer Onboarding and Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our expanding community of AI trainers. Your role will involve helping new trainers get started, addressing their inquiries, swiftly resolving issues, and ensuring that everyone has the resources they need to excel in their work.
This position is fundamentally about people. You will be the friendly voice (or message) guiding individuals through their initial annotation tasks, troubleshooting technical problems, or assisting them with payment queries. You will collaborate across time zones to support a global workforce, playing a crucial role in making HumanSignal a desirable environment for talented individuals to contribute.
