The AI Training Specialist in Computer Science will design and solve challenging technical problems. These problems must have a single, verifiable correct answer and include a thorough, validated solution.
What You Will Do
- Create complex, deterministic problems in areas such as algorithms, systems, theory, machine learning, or computational methods.
- Develop tasks that require both coding and deep reasoning, aiming to challenge current AI systems.
- Deliver complete solutions, including code implementations when relevant.
- Design multi-step tasks that reflect real-world technical and research scenarios.
- Ensure all problems are rigorous, replicable, and yield a single correct answer.
- Communicate clearly and accurately in English.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Significant experience solving computational problems, gained in research or industry.
- Strong Python skills; experience with scientific or machine learning libraries is a plus.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, computational complexity, numerical methods, and software workflows.
- Proven ability to invent original, challenging problems that go beyond typical interview questions.
- Excellent written communication and a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in machine learning, formal methods, distributed systems, optimization, or scientific computing.
- Experience with benchmarking, technical evaluations, or assessment design.
