SumUp seeks a Logistics Analyst III based in Santiago, Chile to join the Americas Logistics & Supply Chain team. This group manages logistics operations for Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru, partnering with third-party logistics providers and carriers to keep merchants supported across the region.
Role overview
This position takes ownership of logistics operations throughout Latin America. The role balances daily execution with strategic planning, relying on data-driven decisions and a focus on solving operational challenges across multiple countries.
What you will do
- Manage logistics for LATAM markets, overseeing 3PL warehouse and carrier partnerships to ensure smooth daily operations and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain an operational control tower, providing visibility of key health KPIs for senior stakeholders in the region.
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve system integration.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Product, and GTM teams to maintain inventory health, stock availability, and demand planning in Chile, Colombia, and Peru.
- Coordinate with operations teams in Brazil and the US to share best practices and align strategies for consistent execution across markets.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and presentation skills for working with global, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write, optimize, and review complex queries independently.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau to turn operational data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to identifying issues, developing solutions, and taking ownership of results.
- Background in multi-country logistics environments and confidence managing competing stakeholder priorities.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (ideally SAP) and logistics tools such as WMS or TMS.
- Familiarity with financial data, cost tracking, or budget management.
