Qualifications
Responsibilities:Design and develop analog and RF integrated circuit blocks, including bias networks, regulators, amplifiers, and supporting analog circuitry. Conduct schematic design, circuit simulation, and performance optimization using leading design tools in the industry. Work collaboratively with RFIC designers and system engineers to integrate analog circuits into RF front-end architectures. Coordinate with layout engineers to ensure designs meet performance, area, and reliability standards. Assist in silicon validation, characterization, and debugging of fabricated chips. Document design methodologies, simulation outcomes, and measurement data. Engage in design reviews and contribute to the continuous enhancement of design processes. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in analog circuit design. Strong grasp of analog circuit design principles and semiconductor device behavior. Willingness to work full-time, onsite, in Atlanta, GA. Preferred Skills:Experience in designing analog or RF circuits using CMOS, SOI, or similar semiconductor technologies. Familiarity with RFIC design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or ADS. Understanding of RF front-end architectures and wireless communication systems. Experience in supporting silicon validation and measurement of integrated circuits.
