KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead discovery workshops with clients to grasp their business model, stakeholders, KPIs, and reporting requirements; Convert business inquiries into detailed BI specifications, data models, and dashboard designs; Design, prototype, and develop dashboards tailored for both management and specialist users, ensuring they are intuitive and actionable; Establish, validate, and maintain data integrations from various sources (e.g., marketing platforms, CRM, e-commerce, internal systems); Conduct audits of existing BI and reporting frameworks, evaluating data quality, tools, processes, and overall data maturity; Work closely with clients and in-house teams to deliver exceptional BI solutions.
