Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and VBA are essential. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus. Background in finance with a solid understanding of investment concepts. Proven ability to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to complex problems. Highly motivated and takes initiative. Effective team player with strong collaboration skills. Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field is required. Willingness to work additional hours during critical periods or special projects as needed.
