Our platform provides users with a responsive AI tutor, available 24/7 to engage in conversation, offer immediate feedback on English skills, and support learners on their path to fluency.

We are in search of an Analytics Lead to take charge of our analytics function from end to end. This pivotal leadership role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the analytics landscape while also shaping its strategic direction. As the foremost authority on analytics at Loora, you will establish the metrics defining success, guide data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to embed analytics into their daily practices.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to determine what should be measured, how it should be visualized, and how insights can translate into actionable strategies. Your goal will be to cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making, not just by providing dashboards but by influencing the questions, metrics, and frameworks that underpin them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the company’s analytics strategy by defining essential metrics, KPIs, and success measurements across Product, Growth, and Marketing.

  • Conduct comprehensive funnel analyses to connect acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, optimizing long-term user value.

  • Serve as the primary analytics partner to leadership and teams, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to shape decisions and set priorities.

  • Correlate marketing expenditures with revenue outcomes and ROI, driving data-informed decisions regarding budget allocations across campaigns and channels.

  • Develop and standardize dashboards and reports that promote clarity, alignment, and widespread adoption across the organization.

  • Lead experimentation and growth analysis by establishing frameworks for A/B testing, evaluating performance, and guiding decision-making processes.

  • Ensure data quality and trust by maintaining consistency across tools, identifying gaps, and enhancing tracking and measurement.

  • Utilize AI-powered tools to boost data analysis efficiency and automate routine tasks.
