Key Responsibilities:

1. Metrics Definition and Tracking

Collaborate with department heads across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Strategy to identify key business drivers. Establish and implement relevant KPIs and metrics, ensuring they are accessible and reliable across the organization.

2. Data-Driven Insights for Growth

Conduct in-depth analyses of business metrics to uncover bottlenecks and identify growth opportunities. Provide actionable recommendations to business leaders for future strategies.

Collaborate with data analysts to create and maintain insightful dashboards that facilitate real-time, data-informed decision-making for stakeholders.

3. Team Development

Lead the development of a top-tier analytics team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
