- Manage projects focused on the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of applications in collaboration with external suppliers and other IT departments.
- Analyze IT applications and solutions, develop concepts, and implement them in the areas of Time Management and Attendance Management.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, interfaces, and system integrations.
- Proactively diagnose and resolve application issues, providing technical support to users.
- Support third-party software solutions for our business clients.
- Prepare and advise on the new software selection process.
- Serve as the central contact point for all stakeholders regarding our applications.
- Coordinate external suppliers in implementing new business requirements.
