Qualifications

Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Informatics, or related fields preferred. Industry Experience: 1-3 years of technical sales or solution engineering experience in non-road electrification or engineering machinery (exceptionally qualified fresh graduates may be considered). Case Experience: Prior experience in B2B solution sales or projects related to non-road vehicles (e.g. forklifts, loaders, excavators) is preferred. Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems; capable of technical solution demonstrations and basic business negotiation skills; familiarity with electrification system components (e.g. motors, controllers) is a plus. Language Proficiency: Ability to handle English documentation (CET-6 or above preferred).

  1. Demand Analysis & Sales Support: Provide technical sales support for non-road electrification products, deeply understanding customer needs to deliver customized solutions.
  2. Client Development & Maintenance: Expand key industry client resources both domestically and internationally, formulating targeted sales strategies to achieve performance objectives.
  3. Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical team to conduct product demonstrations, design solutions, and prepare tender documents, ensuring seamless service throughout the process.
  4. Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor trends in the non-road electrification sector, producing competitor analysis reports to refine sales strategies.
  5. Client Scenario Solutions: Analyze the production challenges faced by engineering machinery clients and provide technical implementation plans for electrification upgrades.
