Join our dynamic WM APS (Application Production Support) team, where your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional Application Support and operational excellence in the banking sector.
As an integral member, you will manage incidents, service requests, and application support activities. Your role will involve participating in shift and on-call rotations and actively contributing to service improvement initiatives. You will also engage in the bank’s Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and Live Play activities.
The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of core banking operations, strong troubleshooting abilities, and hands-on experience in L1/L2 application support. Familiarity with modern infrastructure and automation technologies is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee incident management, service requests, and production support activities (L1/L2)
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts for automating provisioning, configuration, and deployments
- Assist in the containerization of legacy applications
- Support provisioning, configuration, deployments, and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes
- Guide, mentor, and train fellow operations team members in Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and enhance operational stability
