Sword Services is hiring an Application Support Expert to join a client team in Geneva. This role focuses on business systems and application solutions, serving as a key functional contact to maintain service continuity, improve tools, and coordinate application developments.
Main responsibilities
- Application Support (MOA): Support users on business applications, including ERP systems, internal tools, and software packages. Respond to assistance requests, resolve incidents, and help users build their skills.
- Business Process Management: Analyze and document business processes tied to applications. Suggest improvements to increase tool and process efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with application solution suppliers. Coordinate interventions, oversee maintenance, and manage contracts as needed.
- Coordination of Application Developments: Help define requirements, coordinate functional changes with technical teams, write specifications, and supervise testing of new features.
- Interface with Technical Providers: Serve as a link between business teams and technical providers (such as integrators and IT teams) for incident resolution, fixes, and deploying new functionalities.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate potential issues by setting up preventive action plans, organizing user training, or holding informational meetings.
