Join our team as an Applications Engineer Intern and embark on a journey to enhance your technical skills while supporting critical business applications across the organization. Gain valuable hands-on experience with systems such as Power BI, Business Central, LS Retail, E-Commerce, and other essential platforms. This role allows you to understand how enterprise applications are effectively managed within a dynamic business environment.
Collaborating closely with the Applications and Operations team, you will assist with daily operations, engage in project activities, and participate in testing initiatives, while contributing to documentation and process enhancements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing Level 2 support through the service desk to resolve technical issues.
- Assisting in the maintenance and improvement of business applications and reporting solutions.
- Managing daily backend maintenance and job monitoring tasks.
- Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and preparing test documentation.
- Supporting application setup for end-users and ensuring a smooth handover process.
- Creating and updating technical documentation, process guides, and training materials.
