Job Overview:
In the capacity of an AppSheet Technical Support Specialist, you will be tasked with delivering technical guidance, support, and maintenance for our clients' AppSheet applications. You will work collaboratively with both developers and end-users to guarantee optimal application performance, data integrity, and user-friendliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications
- Assist end-users with technical challenges related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration
- Offer strategic recommendations for process improvements and automation
- Facilitate the deployment of updates, conduct testing of new features, and ensure data accuracy
- Document issues, resolutions, and workflow modifications
- Collaborate closely with team members and clients to fully understand requirements and provide effective support
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in AppSheet development and technical support
- In-depth knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic
- Adept analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication capabilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently meet deadlines
- Experience with international clients is advantageous
