Join our dynamic team at Reddy Architecture & Urbanism as an Architect in our Dublin office. We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual who possesses exceptional design, detail orientation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with management to effectively lead projects from inception to completion, adhering to RIAI work stages.
Generate comprehensive documentation for both internal and external presentations.
Engage actively in project reviews.
Mentor and supervise junior team members.
Provide insightful guidance on planning and regulatory processes.
Qualifications:
A degree in Architecture, with RIAI registration or in the process of obtaining it.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with medium to large-scale residential projects.
Comprehensive understanding of local, regional, and national planning and development contexts.
Demonstrated strong design skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Revit software.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
