Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative Architectural Designer with 2-5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, a strong design sensibility, and outstanding organizational and communication skills. You will be an essential member of project teams, responsible for translating design intent into detailed construction documentation throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and refine architectural documentation, including elevations, sections, and construction details, utilizing ArchiCAD and other design software.

  • Engage in all phases of project delivery, from schematic design to construction administration.

  • Develop presentation materials, including renderings, models, and design drawings for client presentations.
  • Conduct thorough research on building codes, zoning regulations, materials, and sustainable design practices.
  • Participate in site visits and provide on-site support during construction phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet demanding project deadlines.
  • Contribute innovative design concepts and problem-solving strategies to overcome project challenges.
