QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's Degree. Proven experience in leadership roles managing at least two branches. Experience leading teams of 5-10 members. A minimum of 2 years in Micro Finance roles such as Coordinator/Supervisor/Branch Head/Area Manager. Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets collaboratively. Must possess a motorcycle and valid SIM C license. Willingness to travel throughout the Tangerang area. Required SkillsStrong discipline (integrity, honesty, and transparency). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Eager to learn, particularly in analyzing information and data. Adaptability to change and a target-oriented mindset. Able to foster a coaching culture to enhance team performance.

Job Description

As an Area Manager at Amartha, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our branch offices across the Tangerang region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all branch KPIs are successfully met within the area, including:
  • Overseeing the growth of portfolio quality and quantity in alignment with Amartha's objectives.
  • Ensuring the recruitment, service, and partnership processes adhere to established SOPs.
  • Managing strategies, operations, and processes for all branches under your supervision.
  • Maintaining organized and complete branch administrative records.
  • Ensuring smooth operational functionality of branch offices, including securing necessary permits, infrastructure, and inventory.
  • Enforcing compliance with policies and procedures among all branch staff.
  • Guiding staff to achieve optimal performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
  • Facilitating effective human resource management to ensure regional branch operations run smoothly.
  • Driving the expansion initiatives set forth by Amartha.
  • Maintaining portfolio quality in accordance with Amartha's goals and ensuring branch audit results meet management expectations.
  • Upholding principles of transparency within the branch.
