Key Responsibilities:Execute high-quality installations and assemblies in your designated area. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation. Work in an environment with potential exposure to vibration and moving mechanical equipment. Follow all safety policies and procedures to create a secure working environment. Complete additional tasks as assigned to meet production demands. Qualifications for Success:Familiarity with line installations, bench components, and assembly processes. Ability to interpret blueprints, process sheets, and instructions to build components accurately. Proficiency in the use of hand tools, air tools, and measuring instruments. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, with assistance for up to 75 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive movements and work in confined spaces or on elevated surfaces. Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10+ hours). Consistency in maintaining work schedules and availability for overtime as required.
