Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous Assembly Associate (1-year contract) to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves the assembly, calibration, and quality assurance of our advanced skill capture gloves. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adhere to precise technical instructions. This is a contract position with the potential for transition into a full-time role based on individual performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble wearable electronic devices following established procedures and specifications
Perform exact calibration of electronic components to guarantee optimal functionality
Conduct comprehensive quality checks on finished products
Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
Experience in assembling small consumer electronics or similar components
Ability to interpret and follow technical schematics and instructions
Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Comfortable working with small tools and components
