High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials per OSHA lifting guidelines. Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools. Prior experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment preferred. Capable of standing and walking for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance. Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Must be able to frequently lift 75 pounds and push/pull objects over 100 pounds.

Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Operator where you will play a pivotal role in pre-assembling racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position demands a keen attention to detail, strict adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to high-quality standards while collaborating effectively with fellow team members.

  • Assemble components and products following precise work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.

  • Safely operate power tools, including torque wrenches and various hand tools.

  • Consistently achieve production output targets while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

  • Conduct visual and functional inspections of assembled frames to ensure quality control.

  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company-specific safety policies.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

  • Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, safety issues, or quality concerns to your lead.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily production goals.

  • Utilize electric pallet movers to load and unload assembly cells.
