About Our Team:

The Quality & Operation Department at Huawei Canada plays a pivotal role in supporting various functions such as Procurement, Finance, and IT services. Our team excels in tackling complex challenges under tight deadlines, delivering exceptional service that reflects our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce asset management standards in accordance with company regulations. This includes distributing and tracking assets, conducting regular inventory counts, and managing the disposal of obsolete or redundant assets to ensure security and efficient use.

  • Provide daily support to employees regarding asset inquiries, guide them in maintaining accurate asset records, and assist in the asset management cycle, including annual counts and managing low-value assets to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate with the procurement team to submit asset purchasing requests, and oversee the reception of new assets, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for uninterrupted service.

  • Execute additional tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.
