Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to bolster our accounting team within a dynamic, private equity-backed tech company. Reporting directly to the Controller, this pivotal role is essential for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of our financial reporting and accounting operations.

The Assistant Controller will oversee essential accounting processes, including monthly and annual financial reporting, audit management, technical accounting, and equity accounting. Additionally, this role will support M&A initiatives, encompassing purchase accounting and post-acquisition integration.
