Support multiple teams, projects, and clients concurrently. Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Requirements Active CPA certification. Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience. Previous experience serving as a Controller. Background in service industries (legal, IT, or government contracting preferred). Extensive experience with QuickBooks and Unanet. Proven ability to support audits and maintain GAAP compliance. Hands-on experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-project financial operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Additional Requirements Residency in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area is required. Ability to report to the Washington, DC office at least once per week for mail and administrative tasks.
