Frasers Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Southport store. This position supports the Store Manager in daily operations and helps maintain a welcoming, efficient retail environment.
What You Will Do
- Guide and motivate store staff to deliver strong customer service
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
- Oversee inventory management and stock levels
- Contribute to sales targets and help drive store performance
- Promote company values in all aspects of store operations
