Role Summary and Impact

WPP Media Hong Kong is in search of an Assistant Manager, Biddable to enhance our Media Activation team. This pivotal role emphasizes project leadership and client management within the biddable advertising sector. You will oversee the complete delivery of campaigns, serve as the primary client contact, and coordinate the daily activities of junior team members to ensure both operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Close collaboration with client leads and analytics specialists will be essential in delivering comprehensive solutions to clients.

 

Core Responsibilities:

Campaign & Project Management: Lead the full management of biddable campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to exceptional standards.

Client Relationship Management: Act as a vital daily contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, managing expectations, and confidently presenting campaign strategies and performance outcomes.

Team Coordination & Quality Control: Provide ongoing guidance and support to Specialists and Executives. Review campaign setups, reports, and client communications to guarantee quality, precision, and strategic alignment.

Strategic Planning & Insights: Assist in crafting biddable media strategies, transforming client objectives into actionable campaign frameworks. Evaluate performance data to furnish clients with insightful, strategic recommendations.
