- Operations Control: Oversee warehouse logistics for the movement and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Supervision: Manage receiving, inwarding, putaway, storage, and issuing of parts.
- External Warehouse Management: Coordinate operations within external warehouses and plant activities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of contract laborers, ensuring effective work allocation and line balancing.
- Training: Provide on-the-job training to the contract labor team.
- Transport Management: Handle transport coordination and freight bill verification.
- Stock Accounting: Manage cycle counts, analyses, and reconciliations.
- SAP Expertise: Create and maintain BOM and material master views.
- Warehouse Compliance: Certify warehouse bills.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and logistics service providers.
- Administrative Support: Work with warehouse owners to resolve any administrative issues.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with QMM and PQA teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Engage with PPC, LOP, and customers for seamless operations.
- Project Management: Lead projects related to warehouse setup and implementation.
