About the job

The Assistant Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, responsible for:

  • Creating comprehensive integrated marketing strategies
  • Designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our products and projects
  • Drafting vendor briefs and collaborating with vendors to ensure performance benchmarks are met
  • Delivering impactful presentations to clients, management, and the project development team about various initiatives, products, and projects
  • Defining new product initiatives and crafting product-specific go-to-market strategies
  • Championing client briefs and product initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Conducting thorough market research and surveys, and facilitating focus groups to gather insights
  • Providing or supervising the provision of quality databases for Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and agents
  • Planning and implementing market surveys to gather data on market trends and consumer needs
  • Analyzing data from research to derive actionable business insights
  • Aligning marketing operations with company objectives
  • Building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and reduce attrition
  • Assisting clients in developing effective pricing strategies for products
  • Conducting surveys to assess potential market reception for new products
  • Supporting the preparation of annual marketing plans and quarterly activity schedules
  • Reporting regularly to management on the results and activities derived from approved marketing plans
  • Overseeing the design and distribution of promotional and marketing materials
  • Developing strategies to enhance online traffic to the company website
  • Managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing the company's social media strategy
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to elevate brand visibility
  • Enhancing the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website
  • Taking charge of planning and budget management for all digital marketing efforts
  • Exploring new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
