Role overview

As Assistant Project Manager, the main focus is to help the Project Manager oversee all phases of construction projects. The work covers planning, execution, and closing out each project, always aiming to keep things on track and well-documented.

What you will do

  • Assist with coordinating and managing project phases, from initial planning through to completion
  • Work with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to help meet project goals and deadlines
  • Help prepare project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update documentation
  • Support procurement, including tracking material and equipment deliveries
  • Assist in managing subcontractor performance and ensure safety and quality standards are met
