Essential Skills and Qualifications:A university degree in Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. Formal training in project management, quantity surveying, or interior design is advantageous. For the Assistant Project Manager level, a minimum of 3 years of solid experience in managing commercial real estate projects is required. Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Project Manager position. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities to support sound business decisions. Experience in delivering high-quality international projects in diverse markets using in-house or third-party resources is a plus. Proficient in development planning and execution, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments while collaborating closely with clients and colleagues. Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Join Our Team as an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager:

At Colliers, we are seeking a dedicated professional who will play a crucial role in the successful delivery and execution of various projects. As part of our dynamic team, you will:

  • Assist in managing the execution of assigned projects from inception to completion.
  • Engage with owners, clients, landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other service providers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Support the design management process throughout all phases, from concept development to construction documentation.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimations, oversee the tendering process, and handle contract administration effectively.
  • Facilitate procurement activities and manage contracts and services on behalf of our clients.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities and coordinate with various trades to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to track progress and timelines.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure successful project close-out and handover to clients.
  • Assist in financial monitoring of projects, including invoice tracking and payment collection.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Project Director or Team Head.
