Role Overview
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a vital role within our 5,000 to 15,000 square foot distribution center. You will assist in leading our warehouse operations team, which may include light food preparation in our kitchen, while ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of quality for our customers.

- Operate: By being hands-on with metrics and outcomes, you will drive performance in targeted areas or during specific shifts. Your role will include effective scheduling, inventory management, and leveraging best practices from across our network.
- Strategize: Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations on resource allocation, workflow, and warehouse organization. You may also lead process improvement initiatives.
