The Assistant Store Manager in Calgary, AB plays an important role in daily store operations and in creating a welcoming environment for both customers and the team. This position supports the Store Manager, working hands-on from the fitting room to the sales floor to ensure every customer feels confident and cared for.
What you will do
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and help them feel comfortable in the store.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, encouraging accountability and high standards.
- Coach and develop team members, partnering with the Store Manager to support Key Leads and Sales Associates.
- Balance operational tasks with building strong relationships among staff and customers.
