Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence & RevenueDirects daily Studio operations in the absence of the Studio Manager, ensuring seamless execution across all functions. Oversees inventory management, supply orders, and operational task completion with precision and diligence. Monitors daily business performance and assists in executing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets. Collaborates with the Studio Manager to identify and respond to trends in key metrics, ensuring goals remain on track. Maintains compliance with safety protocols and piercing regulations, escalating issues as necessary. Customer ExperienceEnsures a consistent presence on the floor to guide the team and guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

Hourly Rate: $21.50

The Assistant Studio Manager holds a vital leadership position, dedicated to enhancing the daily operations of the Studio and ensuring an outstanding experience for our customers. This role acts as the main partner to the Studio Manager and is expected to fully assume their responsibilities during their absence, ensuring continuity in leadership, execution, and culture.
