Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead teachers to design and implement captivating learning units and curricula.
- Facilitate small group activities tailored to individual learning needs.
- Assist in preparing reports and conducting conferences regarding student progress.
- Actively participate as a member of a dynamic teaching team in daily activities and special programs.
- Support classroom needs beyond teaching hours, including lunch and recess supervision.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build meaningful connections with children and foster an environment of mutual respect.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Understanding of child development principles across social, emotional, and cognitive domains.
- A creative, flexible, and open-minded approach to education.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education and familiarity with contemporary teaching practices.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools for parent communication, student engagement, and instructional differentiation.
