In this role, reporting to the Head of Technology Infrastructure and Support Operations, the Support Manager will oversee Harrison Street's user environment. You will be responsible for managing daily support operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
As a Support Manager, you will provide senior-level mentorship to Desktop Support personnel and engage directly with internal customers as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with members of the Business Technology Group and third-party vendors to implement and test new systems and services, while also updating established processes and procedures.
