We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Associate Client Service Manager (ACSM) at NEC Software Solutions.
Experience Required: 8-10 years in IT Client Service Management.
Location: Mumbai, India
Working Hours: UK Business Hours; On-Call Support.
The Associate Client Services Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Client Service Manager in the daily management of contracted services for designated customer accounts. This involves collaboration across various departments to ensure all services are delivered according to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and aligned with customer expectations. The Associate will serve as a primary contact for all service delivery escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Facilitate the transition of significant clients into Business As Usual (BAU) Service Operations.
● Ensure that end-to-end services provided to customers function effectively and meet contracted service levels and quality benchmarks.
● Develop and nurture customer and third-party relationships at all levels under the guidance of the Senior Client Service Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and align services with clients' IT/IS business strategies.
● Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, including but not limited to Service Performance Reports and Service Credit calculations.
● Participate in service establishment, contributing to the creation of deliverable documents.
● Collaborate with the Senior Client Service Manager to document, monitor, measure, and enhance services delivered to customers through Service Improvement Plans.
● Support the Senior CSM during escalations for service teams, collaborating with the Senior CSM and the customer to achieve optimal outcomes in line with contracted services.
● Maintain excellent communication with customers, third parties, and internal service teams.
● Aid the Senior CSM in ensuring acceptance of new or modified services into operation while managing ongoing service levels as per contract.
● Comply with corporate policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
● Engage in activities to minimize Service Credit liabilities through Service Improvement or Risk Management initiatives.
● Serve as a deputy for the Senior CSM when necessary.

The successful candidate must undergo security clearance. Continuation in this role is contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining the required clearance.
