Callan is on the lookout for a motivated Associate Consultant to join our esteemed Fund Sponsor Consulting Group in Atlanta, GA. In this crucial role, you will assist our consultants in guiding clients through strategic planning, performance analysis, implementation of plans, educational initiatives, and business growth strategies. You will partner with specialized research teams to offer tailored solutions to a diverse range of institutional clients, including corporate and public retirement plans, endowments, foundations, and healthcare systems, whether on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis.
We seek individuals with a robust interest in capital markets, outstanding project management capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine curiosity for learning. A commitment to building enduring client relationships and meticulous attention to detail are essential attributes for success in this position.
This position offers a solid foundation for long-term career advancement. As you gain experience and take on additional responsibilities, there will be opportunities to evolve into an investment consultant role, managing client relationships directly.
The position requires a hybrid work schedule, with three in-office days each week from Tuesday to Thursday.
