Position Summary:
As an Associate Creative Director specializing in Copy, you will spearhead the creation and development of compelling copy for integrated advertising campaigns. Your mission is to ensure that all creative work is not only strategically sound but also artistically innovative. You will oversee project timelines and budgets to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a talented creative copy team, assigning tasks and outsourcing freelancers as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Group Creative Director and the Senior Vice President of Client Delivery to ensure that copy aligns perfectly with client strategies.
- Devise creative and strategic concepts to address specific client marketing challenges.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all content aligns with the overarching strategy.
- Oversee the quality of agency creative output, providing guidance and leadership to the team.
- Encourage positive cross-functional relationships among creative, account management, and other teams within the agency.
- Guide projects from initial concept through to final execution.
- Define project strategies and translate them into executable creative concepts.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead copywriting efforts in client meetings as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role.
