The Role:
The Associate Customer Success Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investment in Tanium. This position is crucial for maintaining Tanium's reputation for having a loyal and high-value customer base that depends on its solutions to manage their endpoints effectively. Working collaboratively within a dynamic team that includes other Customer Success Managers, Advanced Consulting Engineers, Enterprise Services Engineers, partners, and sales teams, you will contribute to customer success by applying best practices and your technical knowledge to drive platform adoption, leading to renewal and upsell opportunities across your assigned accounts.
Work Environment:
This position adheres to the company’s hybrid work policy, requiring employees to be present in the office at least three days a week in Addison, TX.
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate successful business outcomes for customers, contributing to top-tier retention and growth for Tanium by collaborating with a dedicated account team comprising Sales, Solution Engineers, Domain Architects, and others.
- Utilize technical expertise and customer insights to drive the adoption of Tanium's platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and renewal.
