Interpath Advisory seeks an Associate (F/H) to join the Debt & Capital Advisory team in Paris. This position centers on asset-backed financing, supporting clients such as investment banks and large corporations. The Associate will work closely with Directors and Senior Associates, contributing to the growth of the Deal Advisory practice in France.
Expect direct involvement in structured finance projects, including the creation and management of securitization programs. The role offers frequent collaboration with experienced professionals and regular exposure to high-profile stakeholders.
What you will do
- Conduct financial analyses on assets financed by major groups, including CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies, and prepare structured reports for investors.
- Analyze the business models of sellers seeking asset-backed financing, review their internal processes (Order-to-Cash), and summarize findings for investment banks considering investment opportunities.
- Act as a secondary point of contact in meetings and calls with senior stakeholders, supporting technical and analytical aspects of projects.
- Work in an international context, with travel opportunities within France and to regions such as Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia.
