Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing a risk-based audit and monitoring plan for the healthcare organization.
Review regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and NCQA, to ensure compliance.
Conduct audits as assigned based on departmental plans.
Collaborate with teams to understand business operations and test compliance with regulations.
Evaluate compliance effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Draft and finalize audit reports, clearly communicating findings to relevant business units.
Identify compliance gaps and contribute to proactive strategies to address them.
Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls according to regulatory requirements.
Provide regular updates to leadership on compliance audit and monitoring activities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

About the Role:
As the Associate, Delegate Oversight, you will be integral to our compliance program. Your responsibilities will include supporting compliance initiatives, understanding healthcare regulatory requirements, conducting audits, and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to laws and standards.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Compliance Audit and Monitoring.
Work Location: This position is located in our Tempe, AZ office, featuring a hybrid work schedule with three days in-office per week. Thursdays are mandatory in-office days for team meetings, while the remaining two days are flexible to fit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The base salary for this role ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 annually. You will also enjoy employee benefits, accrue 15 days of vacation per year, and be eligible for annual performance bonuses.
