Deep understanding of compliance, security, and risk management challenges across various industries. Proven ability to target, develop, and manage prospects while nurturing client relationships within relevant business communities. A solid track record in business development. Capability to engage with internal and external key stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels. Strong analytical skills to navigate complex problems and articulate solutions succinctly in writing, conversation, and presentations. Familiarity with the French business landscape, ideally with an established network within business and government sectors.

As the Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining strategic relationships with our high-profile clients across France. Your primary focus will be on identifying revenue opportunities and generating a robust sales pipeline across all Control Risks service offerings.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales account manager with extensive experience in a consultative selling environment and a keen interest in advising clients on geopolitical, compliance, and security matters. Proven ability in managing accounts within a global service provider or professional services context is essential.

We seek an individual eager to evolve into a role involving partial consulting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and expand the account management portfolio in France to achieve or surpass budget targets.
  • Foster and enhance active client relationships.
  • Continuously track and report on new sales within your territory to ensure proper execution and accurate reporting of pipeline, sales, and client invoices.
  • Conduct regular client visits to assess needs and identify cross-selling opportunities, confidently discussing our diverse solutions and technologies.
  • Offer commercial support for proposals, scoping, and pricing while collaborating closely with service lines at our 41 global offices.
  • Participate in industry events and organize client-focused activities.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive business development strategy.
  • Implement and refine the Account Management strategy.
