Overview

The Associate Director of CRM Development will be instrumental in designing and scaling the technological framework that propels TripleLift's market strategies. This role entails being the primary architect and developer of our Salesforce environment, responsible for everything from custom object creation and workflow automation to ensuring data integrity, managing integrations, and overseeing platform governance. In addition to Salesforce, you will manage our entire go-to-market technology stack, which includes Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar, and other essential tools that empower our Sales, Revenue Operations, and Account Management teams to function at their highest potential.

Collaboration with Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, and various cross-functional teams will be essential as you translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensuring our systems evolve alongside our market strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically adept, business-savvy developer who seeks to take ownership of a high-impact technology stack, create meaningful infrastructure from the ground up, and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth at a leading programmatic advertising firm.
