Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company focused on developing targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The research and development pipeline features several RAS(ON) inhibitors, each aimed at specific oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. Four candidates are currently in clinical development: daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a G12V-selective inhibitor. The team is dedicated to improving outcomes for patients with RAS pathway mutations.
Role overview
The Associate Director of Learning & Engagement leads the design, development, and execution of learning initiatives and instructional design projects across partnered business functions. This role ensures that learning and engagement activities align with HR and industry best practices at Revolution Medicines. The position requires experience in Learning & Development, strong knowledge of drug development processes, and advanced communication skills to support strategic growth initiatives.
What you will do
- Lead and implement learning programs that advance the DCS Growth & Enablement roadmap and support ongoing business initiatives.
- Facilitate adoption of new business processes through training, communication, knowledge management, and change management strategies.
- Collaborate within Business Operations and with department leaders and subject-matter experts to assess training needs, define objectives, and develop strategies that align with business goals.
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs, either directly or by managing external service providers.
- Partner with HR and DCS leaders to drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, organizational alignment, and a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee the redesign and ongoing management of Development’s intranet sites and collaboration folders to improve information access, streamline onboarding, and standardize information management processes.
