The Associate Director of Quality Processes will provide both strategic vision and operational leadership within our quality function. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products, processes, and systems uphold the highest standards of compliance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include defining and executing quality system strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and managing quality operations across various teams and locations. As a key leader, you will cultivate a culture of quality, drive continuous improvement efforts, and prepare the organization for regulatory and customer audits.

This position is located at our Durham, North Carolina office, offering a flexible work arrangement that allows for both in-office and remote work. Current policy requires a minimum of 60% of your workweek, or 24 hours, to be on-site, with specific schedules determined collaboratively with your manager based on team and business requirements.
