Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering; or an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. U. S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience in a research, development, or laboratory setting. Familiarity with common laboratory software tools such as LabView, Ansys, and MATLAB.

Position Overview:

The Associate Electrical Test Engineer is entrusted with the design and implementation of comprehensive tests aimed at ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge products. This role involves analyzing product features, determining testing requirements, crafting personalized quality checks, and preparing detailed final test procedures for review by the sub-system lead engineer. The engineer will execute these test procedures and compile thorough test reports. A broad understanding of engineering and product design, along with strong attention to detail and innovative thinking, are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product design team and sub-system lead engineers to establish product testing criteria.
  • Draft test plans and procedures, and advance testing processes to full maturity.
  • Carry out the execution of testing protocols.
  • Train technical personnel and provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Develop, assess, and integrate automation into testing processes wherever feasible.
  • Ensure all tests and procedures adhere to company and industry standards.
  • Compile test reports for management review.
  • Offer subject-matter expertise on testing equipment and methodologies to product engineering teams.
