Role overview

The Associate Endpoint Administrator - Endpoint Operations is a full-time, on-site position based in Tempe, AZ. Standard work hours run Monday through Friday. This role supports IT operations by maintaining endpoint devices and resolving escalated technical issues.

What you will do

  • Respond to escalated service desk tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Manage IT equipment, including tracking assets, shipping, inventory management, and device setup.
  • Troubleshoot desk-side technical problems, including AV, TV, and projector issues in meeting rooms.
  • Work with internal teams to address complex technical challenges, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Review and analyze incoming Service Desk tickets to diagnose issues, gather information, and recommend solutions.
  • Decide whether issues can be handled remotely or need further escalation, using sound judgment.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding by deploying hardware, installing software, and providing technical support on move-in day.
  • Support Tier 1 team members by answering their questions and handling escalations.
  • Document technical issues thoroughly and accurately in ServiceNow.
  • Take on additional related duties as assigned.

Work location

This position is fully on-site in Tempe, AZ. Regular hours are Monday through Friday.
